I am coming back to Indonesia around july and I was wondering what kind of reels should I buy for my uncle to fish 40+ pounders fishes on the sea ? maybe trolling or casting with lures

I do not want like really high class ones standard ones are ok

please recommend me some reels + best test line brands

The TLD series by Shimano is probably your best bet I'd go with a TLD25 single speed.

Not to say we don't know what were're talking about, this maybe a better forum to get info on the type of reel you want for fishng Indo http://www.fishingkaki.com/forum/index.php . It's Singaporian fishing forum, most of those who ocean fish on it got to Indo on trips. There also was alot of brands of gear not found in North America there too.
My :2cents: for a reel for those conditions would be the Shimano Thunnus. I have used the earlier version of this bait runner to catch sail fish and tuna. It's drag is super smooth and the free spool or bait running feature is good for hook set. A lot of guys in Austrailia use this type of reel for shore fishing King fish, Tailor, tuna, and GTs.
