Can anyone tell me if it is legal to have more than one rod each in a two man boat as long as only oneeach is being actively used. Never been sure of this but would like to have a second rod ready in case I want to change from dry to wet line.

You can have as many rods as you want IN your boat, as long as only 1 rod per angler is being used. If you are alone in your boat, you can use two rods at the same time.
