Just wondering if there are any reports from Rolley this year? Is the gate open and would I be able to get my tube or electric in the water there tomorrow? Any other suggestions of a place that might be worth checking out for some early season trout close to mission?

you could try Mike lake. not sure if it allows motors though you would have to check the regs. Rolley should be fishing decently since it was stocked a few weeks back :thumbup: not sure if the gate is open though.

Fished Rolley a few weeks back. Gate was open, but nobody around. floated around the lake for a bit, trolling a fly or two...no fish, not even a sniff. Had ventured up towards Sayers earlier in the day, and even farther up towards Morgan/Florence, but could not find either and was turned around by the 2 feet of snow and steep roads. Might be a good trip soon, or in a few weeks.

Well Rolley was stocked April 3rd :thumbup: so this should make for some good times out there with catchables at least O0 there are some bigger ones in there but very tough to get. about Sayers.....has anyone caught fish there without using a leadcore line to get down to the fish?? went there once and its about 300feet deep five feet off shore I might try out Rolley next weekend with the 'toon :thumbup:

I like Roley but it can be spoty

I also believe that Rolley is no motors at all. Mike is also no motors.
