Hey Scruffy. You can't go wrong with a Sage. I have had both the 3113mb and the CT2106. The 3113 was perfect for Reds, Coho, Steelhead and the Chrome Squamish Chum. Has a great backbone and a sensitive tip section for the light biters. The CT 2106 was a great Coho/Steelhead rod, even the odd Spring if it isn' t that big. Was a bit light for Fish around the 15-20 lb mark.
Right now I am getting a Rainshadow built up by Stryker and it should mimic the 3113lb. Should be ready in less than 2 weeks. I would have gone for a Sage again, but just don't have the coin right now. So I am going for the next best thing. I hope. ;D
