Anyone ever target Sockeye down stream from the fraser? How? Any action on pinks yet?

Check the archives on this one...If there is an opening in the ocean for sockeye retention, which I highly doubt will happen, they can be caught in the ocean with special gear and techniques developed right here in the Lower Mainland........Ortho 8)
