Was out siteseeing around Keats Island with some friends and noticed a couple guys working salmon rock near Gibsons. With any luck they are on this forum and can report in.

Ive heard the Chapman Creek (at Davis Bay) might be getting ready to start up. Is there anyone out there with any help on that one. Ive never fished it and might give it a crack for something to do...

Lost one at Salmon Rock last night, There are a few fish around.
Chapman creek is piss low, Havent even seen anything in the estuary or on the Port Stalashan side.
Bonnie Brook is fishing pretty good, Killed a 7lb hatch doe there last week. There are no numbers yet but that should change soon. Lots of shakers. And 3-4lb jacks.
