Great day on the water. Lousy fishing. Spent the morning out around the Bell with about 8 other boats. Heard a couple other guys down at T10 and a couple at the Research Centre near Pt Atkinson. But didn't see or hear of any fish in the box. I had one shaker that stripped my bait.
Moved into the Cap on the flood. At one point I counted 40 boats only saw 3 fish get caught with all those boats. Those were caught between 2-3pm. I had one on but it ran around the rigger before I could retrieve the ball and snapped it off.
Oh well the beer was cold and the water like glass.
For those interested out at the Bell I had anchovy at 50-90 ft
At the Cap I was bouncing my balls in the mud with chovy and then later in the day i threw a spoon out as well just to see....
