BS. But...Luongo is still your cancer. You can't get rid of him.
Thank you for your insight almighty, all knowing, hockey analyst extraordinaire. ::)

And that was posted at 11:50 am so yes......giving you that kind of credit WAS/IS in fact an April Fool's Joke.

Were it TRUE, (and I understand that is is just fantasy,
as Vancouver won't see the Cup finals again in the forseeable future)

But how cool would it be for Schneids be the second Bruin goalie to carry the Cup in your barn?

Hopefully, he'd body slam a Sedin in the crease like Tim Thomas did...
that was one of the GREAT Stanley Cup moments of all time.

Now THAT is a great screen-saver!

Yeah?

You're better at hali regs and tuna fishing...

Sharks beat them both times so far this year, and will sweep tonight.

Sharks have yet to reach the Cup finals, but I know this...they won't "Canuck" when they do.

I can't remember any other team having such a glorious opportunity to hoist the Cup,
but Canucks crapped the bed in the finals, winning the first 2, just had to win TWO more--but then,
woke up and showed their true colors, getting slaughtered 8-1, then 4-0.

Somehow won game 5 by 1-0, NEEDING JUST ONE MORE WIN--then suddenly remembered who they were and promptly passed out...losing 5-2 in game 6, then in the biggest game of their lives, couldn't even manage a single goal, dying 4-0 at home in game 7.
Perfect. The world was right. Boston wasn't going to fold their tents. That's for hosers.

Yeah..THERE'S a good team.
There's playing for your fans, for pride, for glory, against a team you couldn't hate more.
They had all the incentive, all the tools, home ice.....and it all just went to hell.

They bucked up and Canucked up.

Soft play, diving, biting, crying.....

Your fans threw food at the commissioner, because, after all, ya know,
HE is the reason they puked it all up in the finals.

Nahh....they might have been better along the way, but not anymore. You're in the past.

They will be a practice squad for whomever they face in the first round...that's IF they make the playoffs.

Have a nice day!

I just heard a 'Safeway' radio advert on your radio station saying you can win a $ million when
" A Canuck scores 5 goals in a game"

HAHAHAHAHAHA!

They could offer that prize if the WHOLE TEAM scored 5 in a game, and they'd still be safe.

Wanna bet? Like I said ..perhaps stick to bait and tides.

Canucks may have to win that shatty division outright to get a slot.

Your team has the grandmas that sew names and numbers on sweaters working
some serious overtime these days...
Nobody outside of B.C. can name 5 current Canucks; few IN B.C. can name 7.

A walking death squad.See you after some diligent rebuilding.

Mike, you know more, or at least dedicate a lot of your time talking about, the goings on of the Canucks. I smell a closet fan :) You are busting our balls too much. I like sports banter, but something in your banter tends to rub me the wrong way. I guess we'll see tonight where we stand for the time being.

Hey BFM, isn't this historically the time the sharks do well. Its the playoffs you should be concerned about...

Big Joe Thornton, whom everybody likes to take jabs at has more points than Henrik.

Unfortunately I think they have a some similarities, good regular seasons in which their teams rely on them, decent playoffs but just can't seem to take a team all the way through the playoffs

With an injury depleted roster the Canucks are still 6 pts ahead of your beloved Sharks.

Tides are big and the nice salmon are biting on anchovies

This is supposed to be a fishing forum not a trash taking forum for big mouths

HAHAHAHAHA!
Math isn't your strong suit, either!

Your stats are a week old.

Find someone who can read, and have them open the NHL website for you,
and then have them click on "statistics."

Have them read to you that Sharks, with the season sweep, are 2 points back of Vancouver, with a game in hand.
(What THAT means, is that the Sharks have played one less game than Vancouver)

Or is the Canadian exchange rate on 'points in the standings' metric.?!?

And, to your point...

a) This is a "hockey" thread, and
b) You have the biggest mouth around.
