You can't buy a domain name "out from under someone". If they let their domain expire, the other company isn't the "jerkass".Lastcar said:

We have just registered the new website with a Canadian extension and it will be SFOTF.CA
The new site should be up and running by next week. Please DO NOT go to the old site as it is a commercial site with pop-ups, etc.
