Last year, I bought a Curado 300DSV on the internet for $200, including shipping. Once when I was hike in the bushes, I accendently fall and break my reel. Then, I drive to Surrey, there warranty service center, and drop it there for repair. I wait for about 1 week and call them, they said that they have to order part. second week I call them, they say they send the wrong part. Third week, as I was going to see if my reel was ready or not as I was pretty upset for the long wait, they told me they couldn't find the part, SO they gave me a brand new Curado 300DSV !!
