Skagit River (august 24th)

I'm hoping hook will post some pics and do a write up on our day on this beauty of a river. For my first visit to this river I'm going back for sure my biggest yesterday was around 16 inches very nice fish. Great to hit the flow with a great bunch of guys thanks for lettin me tag along! CK

only fish pics we took were of CK's fish yesterday as we were fairly spread out after the first run we hit LOL and i also knew he wanted pics of his. Wanted to get a pic of Marko's fish but he was WAY to far away to run over and get one LOL

the fishing was definately slower which might have been partly cause of the rain we received as oppose to the other times when it was nice and sunny but at least we still managed some fish.

Great day on the Skagit...!! Lots of finicky bows from 4in...Ck's, to 16in...also Ck's. He had the biggest
variety.... The weather most certainly was a factor epescially when everyone leaves their raingear
in the truck to keep from getting wet... : Looked like a sunny day in the "rain shadow" of the Skagit
but looks were deceiving as the skies opened up and T-shirts got soaked. Fun time in this C&R system
with only a handfull of other anglers seen.
