I've got a cabin rented on the Shuswap, out towards the Eagle bay area. I plan on doing a little bit of trolling. Anybody have recent experience or knowledge of what is working out there these days? I plan on fishing early morning and early evening( beat the heat). Any help would be appreciated. :cheers:

I was told by a local source that there has been good fishing right on the surface with 7-8 pounders being the norm. Try some apex 5-7 feet down or so, also attractor patterns early early morning or late late at night if fly fishing. Make sure if you wanna keep the hogs over 50 cm you have to get a shuswap tag for your fishing liscence.And make sure you go by the regs, lots of co's kicking around these parts lately.

Thanks for the info Tuberdude. Catch and release is the only way to go. So I shouldn't have any problems. :beerchug:
