Hit the Squamish on Saturday - Started out at 29 mile @ 9am. There were about a half dozen people fishing on the way up, one had a fish on as we went by. Was slow going till the sun made a bit of an appearance and me and my buddy both hooked into a couple of Dollies minutes apart on the fly. His was about 3lbs and mine about 1.5lbs. The rest of the day was slow we fished for a bit at 23 mile and then hit the lower river by Judd Rd - nothing.

Was a beautiful day on the river, a ton of Eagles up at 29 mile and the weather cooperated nicely!

drifted the 15 km of water above ashlu bridge today. so much fishy looking water, so few fish. this latest incarnation of the river bodes well for future trips. hope the river doesn't change her mind before the fish arrive!
