Reallllly sucks.

No new fish and not alot in the river. Save your money boys! I fished it hard all day an hooked into two in the morning and nothing for the rest of the day and the other boats did no better.

I would say "yeah" if you mean this weekend! That's not to say fish aren't going to start soon but it has been dead slow. The run for December has been spotty at best. Certainly not what we are used to from the Stamp! The numbers have just not shown up. What a mystery because this was the year we were supposed to see the results from the steelhead hatchery number switch to 70% winters and 30% summers. I certainly hope that this is one of those years when the man run doesn't start til mid to late January. I hope so.

You heard right Bent Rod. I was just there last week. ;)
Got skunked on the boat with Murphy's on Sunday. The most on all the boats was 5 and those were that guides first fish in 10 days. On shore we managed only three fish between 6 guys in three days. Slow is not the word to describe the fishing. :wallbash:
Wow what a difference compared to last year when late December was red hot. I always fish there in mid March so a late run would be better for me. Then again, you never know.
