Flood gates or not, if you can find space between the snaggers and the chum salmon that are everywhere, there are a few coho to be had..........Ortho 8)

went rhere one sun morn and there are coho there even in the back waters but they are very tight lipped

Yup those Ho's are tight lipped alright. I was there is afternoon found some Coho but they woudn't touch anything I had in the box. I did get a 35lb Spring though.

One of my own called a Flat Black. #2 Mustad Atlantic Salmon hook, black maraboo tail. black ostrich hurl body, black bucktail for an over wing, and black saddle for a collar.

Note I have observed from being able to find water where I can sight fish these beasts, that they are light shy. So stay away from the flashy stuff and stick to dull dark colors unless you are fish murky water.
