When I was driveing past Stave on my way home to Coquitlam today I saw many fish jumping upstream of the highway. They appeared to be 20-40cm. I hope this helps
I had luck with a small egg sucking leech/wooly bugger , epoxy minnow , beadhead redbody with a bit of flash. Sorry I don't know my names yet. All small flys. Only caught whitefish. No cuttys yet. Good luck
whitefish are pretty aggressive and not to mention always hungry. just remember you need a VERY small hook or you will not be able to hook them. their mouths are about half the size of your pinky finger tip. Sushi if you saw 20-40cm fish those are good sized whitefish  most i saw jumping were about 8inches but did see the odd bigger one when we were there. good luck out there because we didnt get anything but that was most likely from the 25degree weather
the white fish can be alot of fun on the fly as they tend to hammer the fly and put up a decent fight in the current.I use a full sink line with a small minnow pattern. It is not uncommon to hook 15 fish in a couple hours.
