This is my first year fishing steelhead on the fly... I am wondering about technique, and any info that could point me towards hookin up with a steelhead. I use an 8 wt. sage rod and rio versa tip line.. just wondering about how to present my fly in the best way? Most of my fishing is done on the Squamish/Cheakamus which is pretty clear right now, should i use subtle presentations in clear water?
