Hey guys, planning on heading out front on the weekend. It is looking like it is going to be on Sun. Just curious to know when you guys are out there. Flood, slack, ebb? Doesnt matter cause there aint no fish! lol. Thanks in advance.
Early...as in first light...like 6-630. Now is the time of year that first light bites can make the difference between fish or no fish. Then fish through until you drop.
Otherwise, since the season is now getting short and winding down...fish as much as you can in the tried 'n true spots. Just get out and get your lines in the water. Couch fishing has never caught a fish without a line in the water---no lines in the water mean no chance of catching. Nuff said.
With rains like this, if we have a wet September/early October....we're going to miss out on a lot of what would be otherwise great fishing. If we get rains like this...Northwest winds (we haven't had any this August....maybe they're coming in September.. where it blows for a week or two)...we could potentially miss out on the bounty which we'd get a shot at.
Fish are now where you find 'em. Get out and fish 'em!
