That camp site is ghetto, the cabins suck, and that lake is terrible for fishing, but what ever float your boat. that was a few years back anyways

i am heading up there in early june... i found the site by going to the search engine google then searching surrey lake... or it is www.surreylake.com... maybe i will run into you up there...

Community flush toilets, showers & boat rental incl with the cabin rental. Easy fishing lake...no large but lots. I think the negative post was a bit harsh. Very affordable "cabin-ing".

hey all... just wondering if anyone has any recent info on surrey lake... i am heading there for a night may 27th just one night and i would like to get a head start...

Haven't heard anything recent about Surrey. However it may be worth your while to drive up the road a little further and check out Paska.

When I was up that way last weekend Paska Lake was closed.

They are totally redoing the FS rec site and there were signs saying the park was closed.

I guess you could just walk down to the lake though.

paska lake hey?? never been.... I do not tube and i haft to fish out of surrey lake for that reason, because he does not allow to bring his boats out to fish in other lakes with his boats... any news from this pass long weekend... looked cold and wet and its not looking like sun shine for when i hit the lake on the 27th... any thing will help flies, 5 day forcast, what type of fly line... any thing you know i want to know
