Ok guys i need your help here
I don't have anywhere at home to cure my own roe :wallbash:
so where would you say sells the best roe ???
I have bought some from a few places but it all seems to be a bit gooey and only lasts a couple of casts before it turns white :mad:
and i have only caught Dollies on it :-\
I used some of Hotrods roe (thanks again) an it was great caught hos chum,and jack on it:thumbup:
but can you buy it like the home cured stuff ???
i want to hit the Ved on friday and need some roe

Most commercial roe I find isn't that great. You don't need a lot of space to cure roe. Procure has a jar method that requires a large mason jar, roe and procure. Gotta have room at your place for a jar?

Yeh that was some gooood roe Hotrod

Maybe you can run it by me again how you do yours(pm me) and
i think another trip out to gether to maybe get some fresh roe is required :happy:
oh but then i am back to square one no where to cure it :'(

Merc that jar method sounds interesting
but don't you need to dry it out first
its not so much the space just the smell
i just bought a town house and have no out side area except a balcony

Don't worry about the space or smell. With the Jar method you don't need to dry it out. The procure juices the roe and cures it .......... you drain the juice off a couple of times and it firms up right in the jar.

You gotta give it a try to believe it ............ easier than you think.

Oh oh wife looking over my shoulder(what this roe thing! don't want no smelly eggs in here)
