Hi there,
I went to look at the Condensary Bridge today. There were several (4-5?) fishermen out there.
I then walked down to the confluence of the Puntledge and the Tsolum. There were about 5 pinks holding in the eddie.
No problem.
Lots of fly fishemen downstream of the bridge this weekend- fast turbid waters.
If you try the confluence make sure to do it on a low tide.
The seals will spook any fish at higher tides. They will head straight upstream.
Let me know if you go. I'd like to know how you do.
Not many people at puntledge park yesterday, may have been the weather...
There are some big fish in that system.. Coming from Vancouver i was impressed
