When does the fishing get good on the thompson. I notice it is dropping real fast this whole week at spences bridge.

If you have water clarity you can catch fish. As for the best time; I would say it has to be during the Stonefly Hatch.

Ithink they're talking trout young gun. A good trout fishery in the Thompson. :thumbup:

I second that reply. Lots of big fish in the mid 20's (inches) in that river.

Some good spring fishing in a few weeks too! Got a few up there last july the day before sockeye opening.I talked to a fella then who said last month was good spring fishing,which would have made it early July.
