Effective 00:01 hrs Saturday, July 28 until further notice, in Area 29, except
for Subarea 29-8, the daily limit for recreationally caught sockeye is four (4)
per day. This includes the tidal portion of the Fraser River downstream from
the CPR Bridge at Mission, BC.
Sockeye retention is not permitted in Subarea 29-8 (Boundary Bay).
Sockeye retention is currently not permitted in the non-tidal portion of the
Fraser River from the CPR Bridge at Mission, BC upstream to the Alexandra
Bridge.
Could anyone give me some advise on where I may be able to either fish from shore, or take a small boat to hook into these Sockeye....Thanks for any help....
