Timing of Steelhead runs

Hello all,

Does anyone know or have an opinion regarding the timing of summer and winter steelhead runs relative to each other? If a river has an early return of summers will it also have an early return of winters?

This type of ting varies but does happen. An early run of summers in the mind can build anticipation for some early winters that may never come.Is there a connection between the two? I'm not sure but what I am sure of is it is different every year.
