Okay.....I wasn't exactly "on" the water, but while playing "tour guide" for some family in town I had a while at Prospect Point to have a bird's eye view.

I "think" it was Korsch on Predator (not sure if he still has the same colour of top as he used to) who had what would have appeared to be a nice fish on, or a client that was in "panic newbie" mode trying to land the fish. The net was out but that flasher was doing laps back and forth from behind the boat to the starboard side right off the mouth. It was a bit far to see but I thought I saw another flasher dabbling in some splashing a bit further east from the mouth around the same time as well.

:peace:

Sounds like the Cap is the place to go as other Vancouver/Richmond/Tawassen are not producing at the moment... As the Capilino R mouth is so crowded ...I assume trolling anywhere's in the area will also be a good bet. For example just west of Stanley Park or along West Van's shoreline...[pink apt to Pt Ak] Also pink spoons I was told coho go for]

I hit the mouth of the cap today and we had one nice fish further out but other than that it was pretty slow in comparison to some of the other days .
I had a nice fish yesterday at the bell bouy that went home with me and is destined for the BBQ.

On another note I saw a guy get a huge coho yesterday and lose one other one .

I am not sure why but it was tough fishing today with the good conditions i thought it was going to be to easy

go figure!!!
