I was just wondering if anyone has been lately and if it is worth checking out for some springs?

if they're in hope they'll be in the upper.

i was on the thompson the last couple of days and saw VERY FEW springs moving through - maybe two or three all day. and not a single sockeye.

The bars around Hope are considered "The Upper Fraser", if I'm not mistaken.

Wow didnt realise just saying the upper fraser would be so confusing, but ya I was thinking closer to Hope...but went out today and sow a couple springs caught, but still pretty slow

What about the pinks? Are they starting to show up in the upper Fraser? Want to take my fly rod out for the day. Just read about the Fraser River closure. I was out of town. :mad:

There are many other places to catch Pinks on the fly and they are much cleaner than the ones you would get out of the Upper Fraser ;)
