I have got the green flag for Sunday. Can't seem to find the tides. Planning on launching at Vanier. What, Where, When, and how. Any tips appreciated. Need to catch a salmon some day!

OK, the way I read this at 0806 there is a high tide of 13.8 ft. An ebbing tide until 13:55 at 6.6 ft, and then it floods until 2001 at 15.4 ft. If this is the case is there any point getting up at the crack of dawn, or should I try for an afternoon fish to catch the flood? I kind of remember reading that it was better on a flooding tide, 2 hours before and 2 hours after....
