coho man. This time of year, in the past I have picked up feeder springs as high as 60 feet but normally a little deeper. Off the hump towards Naniamo, 85 and deeper has been good in the past. You just need to find the bait, fish with or just above them. Tight lines!

Spring

Coho, what do you mean shallower water.

From what I hear, everyone is gearing up to head out into the deep off the South end of Bowen and QA. If I were you I would be obsessed with that 300 mark from 2 years ago. I had the opposite problem from last February because I picked up a 28 in 60 feet. Now, after reading about your 37, I am driving myself nuts waiting to get out to that 300 mark and run 3 lines on a rigger at 150 120 and 90.

i guess i should have said what water i was meaning! Howe sound (hole in the wall) as well as the cap mouth because thats where the majority of my fishing is done as well as south bowen.... T10 and Q.A. we hit usually on the way to bowen or ambelside. we run electric down riggers so never get to tired winding up the o'le ball of lead. basicly i was asking if the feeder springs are going to move up in depth now that the water is warming and well i guess i can find out for myself in a few weeks when i actully do go out! i don't know if this makes sence cuz it doesn't to me lol to tired just waking up! maybe i'll edit it later!!!!!
