Go to Riverside fly and tackle they have lots of great info. I was stunned to here of the bass population in the ponds by Pitt lake. So I went and tried and I couldn't keep them off got a couple around three pounds! Riverside can tell you where to go.
No worries Fishaholic, we are use to it anyway! I consider all of our members good friends of mine and know and trust them all to never transport bass. Our mandate is to support and protect an existing fishery created a LONG time ago by Fisheries, and at the same time we are completly against the illegal spread of bass. There are more than enough bass lakes that fisheries stocked in the province as it stands. We are, and always will be an easy target of the ignorant, and that likely won't change despite our best efforts for some time. Water off a duck's back is all is it now.
