Im a newbie in the bass world , i was just wondering if anyone has fished Vaseux lake or area lately.

Also if anyone has any tips for bass on the fly it would be greatly appreciated.

Try fishing a big purple leech with a sinking line or with floating line a big dryfly like a mouse pattern....
I stopped by a week ago while driving by and walked out in the water as deep as i could cast and caught a few big ones on a purple leech....fun little lake.... check the regs electic motors only

what type of leader were you using, 6lbs?

i was fishing 4 pound floro but it was a little too light for the fish lol go with 5 or pound at least the average size fish is a couple pounds and theres some big ones in there!!!.....good luck
