i have noticed alot of campers on the canal and my wife wants to go camping at fort langley so i can get in some serios fishing next weekend but i would prefer to be up by the vedder as next weekend SHOULD be good for pinks
i have noticed a lot of tenters there. would there be any prob with a camper as she is not much for tenting and money is tight lately for campgrounds as we spent it on a new boat and 2 weeks at cultus and all the gear for the kids to water ski, tube and wakeboard and people thought fishing could be expesive lol

i did hear that the city was going to crack down on the roadside camping due to sanitary issues(read outdoor bathroom). so i can only suggest you be ready to move if they don't want you where you are, otherwise have a good time and don't use the outdoors as your biffy LOL.
this request was made by the residents who live along the river.

Chilliwack city has posted signs where they don't want you, if there isn't posted signs then you're probably ok. Just please clean up after yourself. Tamahi camp ground is only $10 a night and you can usually get a spot, it can be quite nice, but a little further upstream.

I'm with you on that one. I got to get me a camper though.  It's too bad a few individuals with bad habits ruin it for everyone else.

ya,especially when we live in such a pristine part of the world for some of the best fishing, camping, boating, bla bla bla
seems u gotta pay to camp overnight just about anywhere in the lower mainland nowadays
i was raised on the skeena and babine lake, never had to pay for a site till i was in my later teens, thats just not camping to me ,neither is a camper but wife has limitations on how far she can walk and depends on terrain.
that makes it hard enough nevermind the fact that IM gettin older and cant do it anymore :wallbash:
seems nowadays u gotta pay for everything!
how does a poor man enjoy the simple things in life anymore??
