Hit the upper river area, landed 3 wild coho 1chrome 2dark in 2 hours fishing caught them on brass blade another great day, rain held off will try again around dinner time since i live 5min from the vedder.
Not Vedder, but Nov. 14th related. I went over to Norrish this morning, lots of fishermen and lots of chromers but nothing caught between 6:00am and 9:00am (at least none that I saw). The river was low and clear.
Also stopped by the Nicomen Slough during the high tide and saw no action from me or the others that I spoke to.
Kinda frustrating, but it wouldn't be fun if it was too easy.
Thanks for the update on the Dewdney. (These reports get whisked away from us under 10's) Hope to get out there on Monday. I always enjoy a good walk, a bird count, a couple of hours casting and maybe get a hit and land a bright one like my bud did last week.
DSD.
