Got myself a nice 10lbs wild Coho today on Roe. They're in there, you just have to know where to look. Water was the lowest I've ever seen it, but I had faith in my spot, and the best thing was, I didn't see anyone eles fishin'. All we need is some rain to spread them throughout the system. This may be a good indication of things to come, Ive never caught a coho this early on the Vedder

fish finder watch those tides, and hit em' up first light or last light. You should do well with fly's in the lower end

I saw quite a few of them swimming through the canal, saw a few guys on the fly hooking some also , take a look up at the hatchery you will be amazed on the amount allready in there

Fish Freak, I did look at the hatchery on Sunday!! Nothing. None in the channel either. Talked to a tech, he said that there were three wild in there earlier this week, but they took off somewhere. They were only between 4-5 lbs. :wink:

Thats cause Fish Freak was Flossing them in the spawning channel.. there were lots in there before he got there

That was a Vedder buck from back in January. I bonked it to give to my Dad, he had never had or seen a Steelhead in person.
