I need some clarification. I checked the water levels at Slesse Creek Station online today. The levels listed for Saturday were just under 1 metre. Today they were listed as 10.41 metres. That is a difference of almost 9.5 metres (or over 31 feet). That's the equivalent of a 3 story building. Is this really the level?? Has the river jumped its banks again??

Nope...however since you're trip out here last Sunday it did blow, and rose to over 3 the last time I checked. The Selesse water gage has been down for the past while. The Vedder Crossing water gage usually runs higher than up top. So right now we should be looking somewhere around 2 metres. Give or take a bit, as I usually go by Selesse. Although without actually seeing it, and the gage being down, it is a rough guestimation. ;D If the weather holds steady to the weekend we may be in for a window of opportunity.

Finder :)
