Looking back at 2005, I would guess they will probably in the harbour starting around the last week of July, getting thicker for a month after that. Pt Grey, West Van...

@ the end of july try fishing the lower river on an incomming tide! Use a hot rod pink spoon or anything pink for that matter! I've had great success with 50 fish days in years past using the gear mentioned!

Above Chilliwack Mid July with a lot of years showing the best in the first two-three weeks of September...
The last time they were in they were mixed up with the socks for two weeks....
It will make for a good strugeon feeding this fall.....
The pink run gives you an opportunity to get the kids hooked(sorry for the pun) on salmon fishing.
I use medium sized spinning gear and anchor up in the Harrison just above the Fraser mud line and let the kids have at it......
The smiles on their faces are priceless and it gives you a great chance to spend quality time with the little rascals away from the nintendo crap.....
My kids seem to get a whole bunch of new friends during pink seasons,at least I have a big enough boat to entertain a bunch at once.....
