Where And What To Fish?

Hey im getting the urge to get fishing but the salmon dont get into the fraser for a while. Anyone have any suggestions on what to fish for untill the salmon run?
I dont have a boat tho

salmon are in the Fraser now and it will open to retention in 7 more days (May 1) upstream of Mission.

O thanks every time i look at fishing reports it says they will be in late june
