Most of the management and conservation is done by the volunteers out there catching, tagging, recording and releasing the sturgeon. These are the same people getting hit with this new tax grab. They didnt open up a stugeon hatchery that I have heard of, and you already needed a licence to fish for them. So it makes no sense.
