I just started to tie up some woven body golden stone nymphs this week. I am pretty happy with the way they are turning out, but the pattern is still being refined.
I got to work on the black version today. The proportions are looking better. Can't wait for the rivers to open up. I'm hitting the Red Deer and Bow this summer as well as the Kootenay rivers and the Thompson trout fishery. The Similkameen is first on the list tho' (about 2 weeks I figure.)
Very nice job on those black versions Proff. I know they'd be a hit on the Skagit too. I think next time I'll pay better attention when you tie those woven bodies.
